Keys to expanding internationally in nearby or niche markets

Three workshops dedicated to Caribbean startups with an international expansion project will be held on the first day of the event, focusing on three targeted countries or "market zones": the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean and subtropical regions.
In this first collective workshop dedicated to the "United States" destination, Audrey Guazzone, CEO of Leanlia,
- will present the characteristics of the U.S. market and its opportunities for Caribbean startups.
- She will focus, through an argumentation, on the U.S. states and territories that appear to be the most opportune for a Caribbean startup.
- She will review the prerequisites and challenges of a successful entry strategy.
- She will illustrate her points with case studies and success stories.
Following these introductory remarks and discussions, she will engage individually with 4 participating companies supported by I-Nova for an initial analysis and personalized feedback.
