Closing plenary

RETIS is the French network of professionals and stakeholders supporting innovation in local areas. The congress is the key event of the year for meeting, sharing, and exchanging ideas between stakeholders involved in local innovation.

A second round table to present the launch of the first CID Territorial Innovation Challenge, organized by I-NOVA, in partnership with the La Riviera du Levant Urban Community (CARL). The CIDs (Inter-municipal Development Committees) are a new type of local authority, created by the French government to promote economic development in their respective areas. The CIDs are made up of a group of municipalities that have joined together to work on a common project.

An initial roundtable discussion to promote interest in and the effectiveness of mechanisms for open collaboration between ecosystems, such as project co-incubation and cross-soft landing.

The introductory conference will set out the ambition of the second edition of Caribbean Innovation Days, which is to support the international projection of overseas and Caribbean ecosystems towards their natural areas of cooperation, influence, and market.
